If you're having a problem with your Hunter Douglas blinds or shades, there's a good chance we can fix it. Our experienced staff can repair your Hunter Douglas blinds and shades, whether you purchased from our store or another dealer.

Our Hunter Douglas Service Center is located at the Eagle Harbor Window Covering Showroom on Bainbridge Island, WA. We are open for drop-offs and pick-ups from 10 A.M. to 4 P.M. PST, Monday through Thursday, no appointment necessary. Shades must be free of dust, debris, and mold if you would like us to repair them.

If you’re interested in an in-home service call, please contact us to determine if you are in our service area.

We will need to know the type of Hunter Douglas shade requiring repair and a brief description of the problem. Texting or emailing us photos of the shade can often help us determine the nature of the repair.

A. The Hunter Douglas limited lifetime warranty covers internal mechanisms, such as:

It also covers Hunter Douglas motorization components for up to five years.

Q. What Does My Hunter Douglas Limited Lifetime Warranty Not Cover?

A. Exclusions from your Hunter Douglas warranty include:

Normal wear and tear.
